Employment Disputes
We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in cases that allege employment discrimination on the base of disability, race, age, and gender. See Downey v. Crowley Marine Services, Inc., 236 F.3d 1019 (9th Cir. 2001). We have represented numerous individuals and companies in lawsuits involving non-competition agreements and confidentiality agreements.
